Where we deliver

SCRAVEIT is launching in Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, starting with Naidupeta and Nellore. Each seller delivers within its own delivery radius; the checkout tells you if your address is outside it.

Delivery time and fees

• Every store shows an estimated delivery time. It depends on distance, how busy the kitchen or store is, weather and rider availability.
• Delivery fee, platform fee and any taxes are calculated for your address and shown before you confirm the order. You never pay a charge that was not shown.

Charges on your bill

Each charge belongs to one party, and GST is charged on it as below. SCRAVEIT PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN 37ABVCS0396N1ZA) is the electronic commerce operator.

• Food from restaurants: the restaurant's price. GST at 5% on restaurant service is paid by SCRAVEIT under section 9(5) of the CGST Act, 2017 and shown as tax on your bill.
• Packaged products from grocery and dairy stores: sold by the store at the printed price, which includes GST.
• Delivery fee, rider-shortage fee, rain fee and late-night fee: charges for the local delivery service, supplied by the delivery partner through SCRAVEIT. SCRAVEIT collects them for the delivery partner and pays GST at 18% on them under section 9(5) of the CGST Act, 2017 when the delivery partner is not GST-registered.
• Platform fee, small-order fee and busy-restaurant fee: SCRAVEIT's own charges for its platform service, with GST at 18%.
• Tip: optional, and 100% goes to your delivery partner. No GST is charged on it.

Handover

• Your order is handed over at the door against a one-time delivery code. Share it only after you have received the complete order.
• Food is carried in clean, insulated delivery bags, kept separate from non-food items.
• If you are not reachable at the address, the delivery partner will try to contact you; undeliverable orders may not be refundable for prepared food.
