How SCRAVEIT works

Last updated: 28 September 2026

SCRAVEIT is an e-commerce food platform operated by SCRAVEIT PRIVATE LIMITED. Customers order on the SCRAVEIT app or at www.scraveit.in from partner restaurants, grocery stores and dairies, and a SCRAVEIT delivery partner brings the order from the seller to the customer.

Who does what

PartyRole
Partner restaurantsPrepare food fresh for each order in their own licensed kitchens and pack it for delivery.
Partner grocery and dairy storesSell packaged food from their own licensed premises and hand it over in its original, sealed manufacturer packaging.
SCRAVEITRuns the app and website, lists each seller and product with its full label information, takes orders and payments, assigns a delivery partner, and handles customer support and complaints.
Delivery partnersCollect the packed order from the seller and deliver it to the customer, using clean, insulated delivery bags.

How an order moves

  1. BrowseThe customer chooses a seller and product. Each product page shows its label information and the seller's FSSAI licence.
  2. OrderThe customer places the order. Prices, fees and taxes are calculated on SCRAVEIT's server and shown before confirming.
  3. PrepareThe seller accepts, then prepares or picks and packs the order at its own premises.
  4. CollectA delivery partner reaches the seller; arrival is verified by GPS before handover.
  5. DeliverThe order is handed over at the customer's door against a one-time delivery code.

Inventory and storage

SCRAVEIT does not manufacture, cook, re-pack, store or hold any food or inventory. There is no SCRAVEIT warehouse, cold store or dark store. Every product stays at the seller's own licensed premises until an order is placed, and moves directly from the seller to the customer with the delivery partner.

SCRAVEIT's registered office at 20-4-656, Macleans Road, Nellore is an administrative office only. No food is stored or handled there.

Licensing of sellers

What is shown on every product page

For packaged food: product name, brand, veg/non-veg symbol, net quantity, MRP (inclusive of all taxes), selling price, list of ingredients, nutrition information, allergen declaration, food category, storage instructions, shelf life and best-before, manufacturer or packer name and address with FSSAI licence number, country of origin, the seller's name and FSSAI licence, and customer care details. For restaurant food: dish name, veg/non-veg symbol, description, allergen guidance, price, and the restaurant's name, address and FSSAI licence.

Information on the website matches the product label; the label on the delivered pack prevails.
