What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone number, and your date of birth. We use the date of birth only to check that you are 13 or over and, if you are under 18, to ask a parent or guardian to approve your account (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, section 9). You can edit it any time; changes are recorded, and a parent who approved you is told if it changes to 18 or over. We never show under-18s targeted offers or track their behaviour for advertising.
- If you use Friends & chat: your username, profile photo (seen only by your friends and people you have a pending request with), your friends, and your messages.
- Delivery addresses and the map pin you set.
- Orders, payments status and support messages.
- For delivery partners and sellers: the details needed for verification and payouts.
How we use it
To take and deliver your orders, process payments and refunds, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We share only what is needed: the seller sees your order, and the delivery partner sees your name, phone and address for that delivery.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal data. Payment card details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by SCRAVEIT.
Your choices
You can view and edit your details in your account, and ask us to delete your account by following the steps on our account deletion page. Some order records are kept as required by tax and food safety law.
